Research

The key to our ‘train the way you move’ philosophy is research. We study the movement patterns of both trained athletes and those who are just beginning to exercise. Our goal is to get the beginner to maximize their training so that they can begin to move like that athlete. Then we use this information to design equipment and workout strategies, to help every person get the most out of their bodies. There really is a lot of science, and a lot of sweat, in every product we bring to the market.
