Cycling- 3 minutes (above 200 watts)

Kayaking- 1 minute

Swimming- 1 minute (each)

Shot Put-1 minute

Volleyball- 1 minute

Soccer- 1 minute

Gymnastics- 30 seconds (hold at the top)

Basketball- 1 minute

Running- 30 seconds (full sprint)

Tennis- 1 minute

***Repeat 3 times***
